Heraldry In The News!
The Victoria, British Columbia, Police Department has recently (June 8, 2010) unveiled a new coat of arms on their (also new) Dodge Charger police cars.
A June 10, 2010 article in the Victoria News (available on VicNews.com at http://www.bclocalnews.com/vancouver_island_south/victorianews/news/95852989.html) discusses in some detail the newly-designed coat of arms as well as the meanings of the various symbols and colors in it.
